We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy with refunds provided as store credit . Here's everything you need to know:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Clearance/Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return/Exchange an Item
- Start Your Return: Email us at customercare@medgear.com and we will send instructions on processing a return.
- Exchanges: Are allowed for regular priced items where a prepaid return label will be emailed to you to send back the item at any courier location. Once the item has been received back to us and inspected, you will receive an email notification with your store credit details which can be used to repurchase the item in the desired size/style/color of your choosing on our website.
- Prepare Your Package: Use the original packaging, including your order receipt.
- Ship Your Return: Attach the prepaid return label that will be emailed/provided by us and drop it off at any courier location.
Refund/Exchange as Store Credit
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund as store credit within 5-7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email notification with your store credit in the amount of your original purchase in which a unique code will be issued for you to use at checkout for any future purchases.
